To book a recording session or service, you may do so online at www.timelessrecordingstudio.com, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling/texting 513-655-5665. A 50% deposit is required to secure all services. Once you are scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via email or text with details of your session.
Tours are available based on availability. Tours are required to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Call 513-655-5665 (extension 115) or email email@example.com to schedule a tour.
All studio sessions and services require a 50% deposit. They are not confirmed until your deposit has been paid in full. Also, you will not receive any files until your total balance has been paid in full. No exceptions.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise client will forfeit payment. Also, if you are a “no-show”, you will not receive a refund.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service or session, you must do so at least 48 hours (or more) in advance to avoid penalty or fees. Any monies collected may be credited toward a rescheduled session, as long as procedures are followed. However, if you fail to cancel or reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit and will not receive a refund of any funds paid toward a service or session.
